Join the Sustainability Challenge 2024-2025

October the 25th

The Lorentz Center and the Dutch Climate Research Initiative KIN are seeking workshop ideas that address the question of how science and research can facilitate, guide, and accelerate system transitions towards sustainable, climate-resilient, and equitable societies and environments.

The winning proposal is an innovative workshop idea that brings together diverse areas of research, including e.g. natural and social sciences, as well as humanities, and different research practices, ranging from academic research to practice- and policy-oriented research to citizen science.

This joint initiative will support the scope of new ideas and transformative approaches. The resulting workshop will be organized according to the Lorentz Center approach and may result in a white paper or action agenda. This workshop is different from the Crutzen workshops organized by KIN.

Your workshop will be supported by and organized at the Lorentz Center, Leiden, the Netherlands.
